I am the founder of Healthier Habits, and my goal is to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on both nutrition and psychological factors.


The hummingbird in my logo represents my grandmother, who passed away two months before I graduated. She inspired me and gave me the confidence to follow what I am most passionate about. Her favorite thing was Hummingbirds and my favorite person was her. I want to represent her every step of my journey.  3.26.22


I know firsthand how effective behavior modification via diet counseling and physical exercise can transform lives. Having spent the majority of my youth playing soccer, I developed a passion for nutrition and was motivated to help those in need and those who were unable to adopt better lifestyles. I am here to help achieve that. I struggled with body image and my mental health so being able to guide those to a more vibrant way of life is my top priority.


I am a Certified Nutritionist, with my education consisting of a B.S. in Health Psychology as well as my M.S. in Science of Nutrition in Human Performance. 


Apart from helping others, I enjoy CrossFit, doing yoga, and going on walks with my dog Bella. Spending time with family, traveling, coaching soccer, hunting, and cooking are among my favorite activities.
